What's happening at GracePoint?

Below you will find information for the week of August 31st and beyond.

The office will be closed on Monday, September 7th for the Labor Day holiday.

Happy Labor Day Weekend!

This Sunday will be a Family Service, so there will be no Children’s Services.

To help kids follow along during the service:

  • Elementary-aged children can pick up bulletins with sermon notes and activity pages from the ushers or at the gpkids desk. The children can bring the completed note pages in their bulletins to the desk at the end of the sermon to pick a prize for completing their notes.

  • Pre-K children can find sermon-based coloring pages at the Children’s Desk as well.

We look forward to worshiping together as one church family this weekend! 💙

The Seek First Project

GracePoint’s leadership is inviting you to join us in a season of fasting and prayer to seek the Lord and His direction for us in this season of our church’s history. Find out how you can get involved at gracepoint.life/seekfirst

Membership Class

Are you new to our church or thinking about making it your home? Our two‑week class, Sept 27th and Oct 4th at 10:45 am, is the perfect next step! This interactive class is designed to help you get to know who we are, what we believe, and how you can get connected and thrive in our church family.
Over the course of two weeks, we’ll walk through our mission, values, and vision—and explore what it truly means to belong here. Each session builds on the last, so attendance at both weeks is important and ensures you get the full experience.
Whether you’re brand new or have been attending for a while, we’d love for you to join us. Come ask questions, meet others, and discover how God might be inviting you to grow and serve alongside us.

Let us know if you can make it here!

About GPKIDS Wednesdays

GPKIDS Wednesdays is our Wednesday night children’s ministry for kids of all ages. We use the AWANA curriculum to help children know, love, and follow Jesus through Bible teaching, Scripture memory, games, and small group relationships.

What to Expect:

  • Large group Bible teaching
  • Scripture memory and handbook activities
  • Small group discipleship
  • Games and fun activities
  • Christ-centered friendships

Partnering Together

Parents play an important role in their child’s AWANA experience. We ask that you:

  • Help your child practice weekly Scripture verses.
  • Assist them in completing handbook sections at home.
  • Encourage consistent attendance whenever possible.
  • Regular attendance helps children build friendships, stay on track with lessons, and get the most out of the program.

Important Dates

  • GPKIDS Wednesdays Volunteer Training: September 9 at 6:00 PM
ALL volunteers are requested to attend this training, even if you’ve done the program in the past, as we have some changes we’d like to update everyone on, and will also be going over important scheduling information and room assignments.
  • First Night of GPKIDS Wednesdays: September 16 at 6:15 PM Please arrive a few minutes early for check-in on the first night.

Are you wanting to help make a difference and hang out with kids? GPKids is looking for people to serve on our team for a variety of areas. If you are interested in serving, please fill out this form or reach out to Alea or Pastor Paul. Thank you for wanting to encourage the next generation!

God is doing amazing things through our missionaries, and we are excited to continue growing in how we partner with them as a church family! We are currently developing several opportunities for people to get involved on missions-focused teams that will encourage, care for, and strengthen our missionary partners in our backyard and around the world.

If you have a heart for missions and would like to learn more about serving, we’d love to hear from you! Contact us at missions@gracepointnd.org for more information. Together, we can play a meaningful role in advancing God’s work among the nations!

When you give financially to GracePoint, you join hundreds of others who are putting their faith to work by supporting a variety of Kingdom-advancing things: overseas missions, children’s and youth ministries, local outreach and service, our part-time and full-time staff and their families, and more. Please prayerfully consider how the LORD might want you to regularly and generously give to His work through the GracePoint family. Click here to give.
